Aqua & Care AS offers maintenance and troubleshooting throughout Europe at Aquafides, Berson, Best UV, Hanovia, Katadyn, Lit UV, Trojan, Ultraaqua and Wedeco UV systems, among others.

We are an independent supplier within the UV industry and have since its inception over 20 years ago focused exclusively on service and problem solving of UV systems.
Every year we service over 1400 UV systems and have thereby gained very good knowledge of the challenges our customers may have.

Our comprehensive annual service follows the standards of DVGW, ÖNORM, USEPA. A standard service includes:

• Condition analysis of the UV system
• Identify/pinpoint technical problems
• Reference measurement of all UV sensors
• Deviation analysis of all UV sensors
• Re-calibration of UV sensors with excessive sensitivity deviation
• Water analysis/measurement of UV transmission
• Check of all electrical components/PLC
• Dismantling all parts of the irradiation chamber
• Cleaning all components
• Replacement of necessary components in consultation with the customer
• Replacement of UV lamps
• A supplementary service report is prepared after each visit.
