§2 Processing of personal data and its purpose
You can use the vast majority of our website without providing any personal data. Our website is used for information purposes. It does not contain any online shop, i.e. no orders can be placed via this website.
The following data is only collected if you send us an email or a contact form as part of a product enquiry:
– Surname, first name of the person submitting the enquiry and (if applicable) the company name
– Address
– Phone/fax number
– Email address
– Information used to create the requested quote
The storage of this data is used for the purpose of
– identifying the person/company as a potential customer
– delivering goods and services ordered
– communicating with regard to the fulfilment of the order
– creating an order/quote/delivery note/invoice.
This collection of data is required in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, B. b) GDPR.
The data is stored within the framework of record-keeping requirements for six years following the end of the calendar year in which the order was completed, then deleted. The record-keeping period is extended if data storage is required in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, B. c) GDPR or data storage occurs as a result of the consent given in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, B. a) GDPR.
§3 Forwarding of data
Data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent being given. If the data is being processed in accordance with Art. 6, Para. 1, B. b) GDPR, the data will be passed on to third parties. This includes the transport service provider acting on our behalf and contributing to the full service to be provided by us. The third party may only use the transmitted data for the stated purposes.
§4 Rights of the individuals affected
The individuals whose data has been stored have the right:

– to request detailed information about the data that we store regarding them and how it is used
– to have incorrect personal data corrected
– to request a permanent deletion of the data that we store for them

The data subject, whose data has been processed by us, has the right, for reasons that arise from their particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to them occurring on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, B. e) or f) GDPR.
